Discipleship groups are gender-specific small groups (usually 5-7 people) designed to go deeper with one another on a weekly basis.

We believe the most effective way to reach our city is by mobilizing the church to love the people around them. In this vein, discipleship groups are open to anyone, including someone who may not go to Uptown or even made a profession of faith in Jesus.

Men's and women's discipleship groups are structured with slight differences. Women's Groups are a combination of bible study and discussion and meet on a semester schedule. Men's groups meet for the year, although there is some flexibility within certain groups so don't let the commitment deter you!
